“Nous avions réservé en avance avec prise en charge à l adresse validé par l organisateur. Nous avons attendu 1h sans réponse de celui-ci par téléphone . Le transporteur n est jamais passé. Et depuis aucune excuse. Vraiment inadmissible. Heureusement le site nous a remboursé dans son intégralité.”

“Your we booked was for a dinner show with transportation to and from the show. Company never showed up and did not answer the phone when we tried to call. The reservation did not have the name of the restaurant so we could not just get a taxi. Our hotel found a restaurant that did a similar type experience, made a reservation and arranged a taxi. In the end it was ok but if they were not going to honor the tour, they should have cancelled. No I await my refund.”
